Pick your best hole. We fly it, edit it, and walk you through the finished clip. If you like it we talk about the rest of the course. If you don't, we shake hands and you are out nothing but a coffee.
Full Course
All eighteen flyovers, individually edited and titled, plus a course sizzle cut and clubhouse and approach coverage. This is the set that lives on your website and works for years. Properties with more than one course are quoted separately.
Monthly Clips
One shoot visit a month and a steady run of fresh short-form clips for your social, so the feed keeps moving without your staff filming anything. Month to month, and you can stop whenever.

How It Runs
One morning on property, one week to delivery
You pick a window
An early morning before the first groups reach the turn, or a quiet afternoon. We work around your tee sheet, not the other way around.
We fly it in one visit
Three to four hours on property for a full eighteen, airspace clearance handled in advance, no carts blocked and no holes closed.
You review a first cut
Within five business days. You mark anything you want changed and we revise it once at no charge.
Final files land in your drive
Everything organized by hole and by format, with the QR links live and ready to print.

Timing
Now through October is the prime window
Central Oregon courses photograph at their best between now and mid-October, when the turf is at full color and the Cascades still carry snow. Filming in that window puts the footage in your hands for the spring booking push, the winter rate cards, and next season's tournament sales. We shoot year round, so if a later date works better for your calendar we will make it look right whenever we come out.
