Who It's For

Commercial Brokers

Industrial, land, retail, and office listings. Site context, access, and frontage that a ground photo cannot show.

Land & Ranch Agents

Acreage, water, views, and boundaries. The full parcel in one pass, with an overlay a buyer can read.

Vacation Rental Managers

The home, the setting, and the walk to the river or the lifts, cut for the booking page and for social.

The Offer

Every set includes edited stills and a short film in both horizontal and vertical. You own the files outright.

Estate and Large Ranch

QuotedPer project

For listings over three million, estates with several structures or amenities to cover, ranches beyond 1,000 acres, and anything that needs more than one day on site. We scope it with you, shoot across two golden hours, and deliver a hero film, social cuts, and a full stills set. Cinema-grade aircraft included.

What You Get

Files that go straight into the listing

  • Edited aerial stills. Twelve to twenty per property, color corrected, in full resolution and web size, named and ready to upload.
  • A short film, two ways. Forty-five to sixty seconds in 16:9 for the listing page and 9:16 for Instagram, Facebook, and your email blasts.
  • Boundary and access overlay. Parcel lines, road frontage, and points of interest drawn on the stills so a buyer understands the site in one look. Included in Premium.
  • Full ownership. Raw and finished files are yours. No licensing terms, no renewal fees, no watermark.

How It Runs

Send an address, get files in two days

You send the address

A text or an email with the address and anything you want featured. Gate codes and tenant notice are on you, everything else is on us.

We fly it within days

Airspace clearance handled in advance. Most properties take under an hour on site and we never need anyone to meet us there.

Files land inside 48 hours

A shared folder organized by still and by film, in every size you need. Premium sets arrive in three business days.

One revision, no charge

Want a different crop, a different hero still, or the overlay adjusted? Say so and it comes back the same day.

Timing

Before the snow is the window

Land and acreage photograph best from now through mid-October, when the ground is dry, the pasture still holds color, and the Cascades carry snow in the background. Rental managers refresh their pages in the same window, ahead of the winter booking push. We shoot year round, and a snow set of the right property is worth having too.
